Did not send my product and will not return my money saying it’s not their fault. They have an army of fake customer service people who pretend to care. They might respond to this to pretend to care

I will not order items from MotoSport company again, as the company only keeps positive reviews, and took down twice my review of their team's negligence with my small order. Instead I will post on Google Forums and other locations, as MotoSport deleted the review. This is dishonest. Even Amazon allows customers to leave honest reviews when their shipments do not arrive. Motosport did not mail the item, nor respond. "Your company at MotoSport never delivered this pair of gloves to me. I ordered it on May 4,2023. Followed up several times. No one from your customer service responded, even after my May 22,2023 email. I will likely not order from you again. What horrible customer service. As of May 26,2023, the item is "lost in transit" but only did I contact and post the review did they bother to review the order." Three-weeks and no delivery. If this is happening to me, I'm sure other customers with more expensive items and orders can only imagine the negligence.

If you shop anywhere else, you are missing out. Motosport ships fast and their customer service is impeccable. Their FastCash system is awesome. I have already ordered a skid plate for my mx bike completely free due to FastCash. I will never shop anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life. Even one day at my local mx track a motosport rep guy was there and gave me a free t shirt just randomly. These guys are cool and deserve great reviews because they do great business!

Had a great experience with motosport.com Great customer service. They had only 1 Akrapovic titanium exhaust left in stock. Customer service helped verify that instead of authorizing an order for an item they didn’t have like a previous website I dealt with. Item shipped that same day just as advertised, and it actually arrived earlier than the posted ETA. I also got 45$ to spend on their website. I will definitely be shopping here again. -Josh

Annoyed price changed and shipping is taking longer than told. Also, shipping only clarified for 2 of 3 items! Cheaper but would rather pay extra for faster & more accurate service.

Absolutely incredible customer service and very fast shipping. I've bough around 10 items from them in the last 3-4 weeks and while I've had to return/exchange a few (nothing as a fault of motosport) they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. They have been very quick and responsive and they make returns incredibly easy. I bought some items for my motorcycle from 2 other online stores recently and customer service for both of these companies was horrible. No communication, very difficult to return or cancel items. Going forward, I will be purchasing all of my moto parts and accessories through motosport.com

Installed a oil pump purchased from Motosport in July 2021 and it had failed by October. OEM part. Said they wouldn't replace it because it wasn't Installed by a dealership. They do not have a disclaimer that states this information about OEM parts. Who do they think they are selling these parts to?

Ordered OEM KTM parts online, UPS never delivered package. Made claims with UPS but could only go as far as I’m not the shipper, informed MotoSport about it. That next step should be from the shipper. UPS did their own investigation and could not locate package. MotoSport Customer Service replied at first then ghosted me. To be fair my other purchases online did arrived and were good deal. Looked somewhere and found KTM world, ordered most of the lost parts and got it. My advise for OEM KTM parts, best to go to KTM world. Priced lower than MotoSport and with EXCELLENT customer service. Night and day difference.

Called and talked to Dan Beloit to try and get a price-match on some items. Employee "price-matched" and went $160+ over on order, then instructed to follow-up with Customer Service with any questions. Called to obtain further clarification, and was treated extremely rudely by responding customer service agent, who told me to 'just call back and speak with Dan' who wasn't going to be back in office for a few days. No further discussion to be had.

It always sucks when one of your favorite stores changes for the worse. Motorsport.com has gone downhill in 2020. I have used them for over eight years, and I really don't want to anymore. Their customer service has gone downhill quickly. They do not address my problems. It takes numerous attempts to resolve an issue. Their shipping has started taking way to long. They won't let me post reviews addressing their problems. I recommend Partzilla.com!

Motosport has big bold print on items labeled "IN STOCK SHIPS TOMORROW". More often than not the items are NOT in stock and NEVER ship the next day! If you give any item a bad review they entirely delete the review like you don't exist. This makes the entire review system FRAUDULENT. Don't waste your time or money with these lying jerks.

MotoSport commonly tells you they have your parts in stock with a reasonable delivery date. Then a week or two latter you get an email saying your parts are on back order. This has happened to me and many of my friends I ride with. Spend your money elsewhere, there’s other suppliers who actually care about there customers and are honest about there product availability. Jason L

I ordered some parts that I was later informed of being back ordered. I got an email given three options. Wait for the order, exchange with something in stock, or cancel. I chose cancel and sent three emails in relation to my decision. They sent no confirmation of my emails and still sent the parts later which I no longer need. Very poor communication with customer and attention to their business. Never doing business with them again not do I recommend anyone else.

I wanted to update my review because after further interactions with Motosport they came through. We were able to resolve my issue and they assisted in direct interaction with Acerbis, the part manufacturer. I was able to get the right part and solid tech support. Might have been a rough start but they came through!!

Jacob park is the man in your parts department he helped me get parts shipped to Hawaii that other wise would not ship outside lower 48 he also went the extra mile to look up detailed parts list for my bottom end gasket kit This gentleman should be made a hawaiii service representative Thanks again Jacob P.
